One person, two Mac apps, no subscriptions.

Magicelk Labs is a one-person Mac studio. Online it goes by magicelklabs: the site is magicelklabs.com, the GitHub account is magicelk235, and support mail goes to support@magicelklabs.com.

The idea is simple. Pick one thing macOS should do and doesn't, build a native app that does only that thing, and sell it for a single payment. No accounts, no monthly plan, no dashboard you have to log into.

The apps

• Spyglass gives Quick Look real previews for Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drawings, Forms, and Sites. Press Space on a .gdoc in Finder and you see the document rather than the JSON stub Google Drive leaves on disk.
• Viaduct turns a Chrome extension into a signed Safari extension. Drop the extension in, get a Safari one back, without opening Xcode or a terminal.
